Subscription model – the UX

In March, I wrote a blog post explaining why we offer subscription model for web design service, instead of one-time payment as other firms. I focused on security aspect in that post. Now, another aspect: user experiences – UX.

When mentioning to user experiences, I need to say that I am not a UX expert. My friend Anna has much more knowledge about UX than me. And there is some interesting information for me to write this post.

Chris Lema just wrote one post: Why we cannot have nice things. He mentioned to young people coding and more mature people using. A quite interesting point, I think. Is that one of the purposes of UX, when you aim to a specific market niche?

When I did interviews for my Master thesis at UiO, I had some conversations with entrepreneurs who have been working in improving UX. They do many tests, work closely with customers to get the feedbacks. From that, they keep improving their services, day by day.

It is the same with our subscription web development service. Not only, we keep updating your website code, but we also continue working with you in further development. Will you need a new feature on your website? Will you need to adjust some pieces for improving UX? Your subscription covers all. You do not need to worry about looking for a new guy for developing, or re-planning your budget. You can notice that I borrowed a image about Scrum process from Wikipedia. Our subscription model also works like that. Keep moving, improving…

Oh, did I mention that I am not a UX guy? But, Anna can help for sure. Just discuss with us, and get it done.
