We are moving to Freshdesk

Recently, we are using Kayako helpdesk on our own server. However, they seem to be harder and harder to work with and focus their intentions to enterprise companies. In addition, as we are growing, having an integrated CRM with helpdesk is a better choice. After testing, I have decided to use Freshdesk.

[div class=”one-half first”]The URL of the helpdesk is https://phamconsulting.freshdesk.com, and the main supporting email is still support@oslonap.com. By using this way, customers can either send a request to our email address or log into the helpdesk for raising their request. There is almost no chance that both channels are down at the same time, so we can always be there for helping our happy clients. [end-div]

[div class=”one-half greenbox”]Actually, I myself already suggested Freshdesk for some of our startup customers. This helpdesk script is full of features, including integrating with social networks, and it’s hosted, so customers don’t need to invest their own server.[end-div]
